But this one girl in our class is crossing the line, she wore a very short mini skirt to school and when she bent over to get her bag from her locker she had no panties on!!  I think she is being stupid. She is most likely testing her OWN limits more them anyone else.
I would.. use the term.. Attention hog. It is kinda pathetic.
Did you ask her why she would do such a thing?

I think it's upto her what she wears! Doesn't mean I'd wear it but it's her right to wear what she pleases. Don't like what you see then dont look!

She's going to make a name for herself, although it might not seem fair thats how society works. This is wholly inappropriate for a girl to wear at school. And no matter how hot it is, its never too hot for panties!!!

 It is pushing the limits but it also has nothing to do with you honey. If she chooses to be a fluesy then its her choice. leave her be. shes chosen not to wear underwear, some people can be hypo allergic to cotton and lace, she should really learn not to bend over.
But as i said it has nothing to do with you so just leave her alone, there is no point bringing this up with anybody else. its her choice, not yours.

 i think that is proberly is a very risky move to wear a short skirt with nothing one under it. i certainly wouldnt do that!
however you can focuse on what people do, as long as your happy with the way your dressing and your morals then dont get to botherd about what other people do, she might be doing htis becuse she has low self esstem and know that guys like that kind of thing, and if they see it then she will get the attention and the boost she is craving. incase it is somthing like this dont point it out and just act as if it never happend or it could upset her alot
