writes:heyi have got really paranoid lately well ive got ocd and i have images of myself and loved ones getting hurt, say i think of my boyfriends face on fire i wont let him near fire anymore because of my images but i also I think someone is in the house or is following me and i keep having to look behind and around me. I get paranoid when someone is behind me and thinking that they will do something to me and have to keep looking behind me at them.is this just my ocd or have i got paranoia as well? It sounds like a mixture or paranoia and depression. Speak to a counsellor so you understand why you feel this way.
