Is she too close to her brother?

Is this strange or am I just being too sensitive? My wife and her brother are a little too close in my opinion. He is always touching her, putting his hands on her, they watch tv with their arms around each other, they used to share an apartment and because it was a studio they chose to sleep in one bed instead of her on the couch or visa versa. She would remark how he would often sleep with his arms across her or right up next to her, they dress the same, he won't order food without asking her her opinion, she does everything for him, and even wants him to study the same major as her and work with her in her field of study, which is not his first choice. We recently attended a dance together and the two of them danced suggestively all night, kinda new style dirty dancing, grinding thing. Just weird all round. They are Turkish and are 21 and 22 years old. Am I just feeling weird for no reason? We are in a serious relationship but...
