Masturbating 3+ times per week will actually reduce your chances for prostate cancer, so that's good. Plus it's just a stress relief. It doesn't hurt you at all unless it gets in the way of your daily life. Just remember that porn is not like real sex, so don't go expecting a woman to reenact scenes you've masturbated to.

As long as it's not stopping you from any of your daily tasks and activities; masturbation is a healthy and normal sexual release. It also never results in pregnancy, herpes or HIV.

Masturbate as little or as often as you like - it does you no harm whatsoever. There is a general consenus in the medical profession that masturbation acually clears out old sperm which is then replenished with a fresh, healthy batch - ready for you to father a child. Not that I`m suggesting you go and have children right away by the way - I`m just trying to say there are more arguments for masturbation than there are against it!
