First, you are slightly above average.
Some women care about size a lot. Some might refuse to date someone who wasn't the big enough for them.
Some women care, but not a lot. It won't be a deciding factor in a relationship.
Some women couldn't care less, as long as they can get off one way or the other.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 February 2009): Yes of course size does matter. You should not have anything to worry about though you are slightly above average, which is 5 3/4 in. If you are too small it does nothing for the girl and then it's feels like someone is jumping up and down on you. If it is too big it becomes painful. I have been with one really tiny guy and that was completly pointless, and one really large guy who was at least 11" and it was horrible could not handle it. So I would say to you have nothing to worry about.

I expect you will hear that (1) you are normal/average, and (2) it depends on the girl, but for most size is of minor importance if any (especially if we aren't talking tiny).
