 Well I must differ with some others regarding how much masturbation is reasonable, but your frequency is well within the normal amount for a young man with raging hormones. In your age bracket, even daily relief is quite reasonable, although I would think that four or more times a day means that a young man seriously needs to lay off the porn and get a girlfriend. Otherwise, one may become so addicted to masturbation that normal sex with a woman, when available, may be difficult.

 It is not a phase!. Masterbating is normal and most healthy people would do it once a day. If you have sex with a partner it is important to masterbate in order to control your orgasim longer so you don't come too quick. Masterbating regulary can help avoid prostate cancer when you get older and its also good as a stress reliever and also good to release sexual tention. So in conclusion it is imporant to masterbate for many reasons. Take care!

The frequency of how often you masturbate is not serious and may vary from time to time. Don't stress and accept this as a very normal way to release your body of sexual frustration.
