Is it unreasonable to ask that this friendship ends now?

 Not only is this not unreasonable, I think there are some serious red flags. Were those photos saved recently? If so I think you need to end things now. Also why did he lie to you? Lying about something like this is actually a pretty big deal. I'd keep a close eye on him.

No, it's not unreasonable. To be honest, it's a bit worrying that he's suddenly saved some photos of her. Where and when did he get those? And to keep it a secret from you is another red flag as well. Time to talk to him.
