 i am an asian girl, haha thats funny because i would prefer to live at home with my parents until i have someone to live with, i wanna be settled financially and i'm kinda afraid of sleepin/being alone so i would wanna move out with a friend who is also financially stable! doesnt mean that applies to ALL asians! lol... geeez

 She is probabaly telling the truth. Her family could have strict Asian values, and if that is true, she is just following custom.
It isn't good or bad, since you yourself have different values you can not judge your friend for what she does. Just let her be and believe her.
I'm half asian and my dad (the asian parent) told me that back home, women lived with their parents until they were married off, then they live with the husband and his family. It's just another culture. That's my guess.
