Is it true men like the chase?

I met this new guy, we have been dating for 2 weeks, but ive become obsessed, dreaming about him, thinking about him everyday, wanting to speak to him every day (but i dont) as i dont want to scare him off.... im 22 is this normal? im worried im thinking to much into this and hes just with me for abit of fun! I don't want to ruin things with him, so whats the best way to be? is it true men like a chase? keep him on his toes n all that!!

just don't make it too bovuious because as you have mentioned guys do like the chase and if you come off as you really like him he is going to distant himslelf from you. And so the best thing to do is to give him a little hints of the fact like him but at the same time play hard to get without seeming like you are playing hard to get. In other words play innocent and naive rather than hard to get.

Every guy is different, and you know that :-)

Personally I hate the "chasing" part of the relationship. If I could, I'd fast forward to like 3 months into the relationship when things have settled down a bit (lol).

I know that there are guys that only look for the chase, so be wary.

The best thing to do would be to talk, get things out on the table now. If you really care about this guy, opening up a line of communication where you can talk about anything is the key to a healthy and long relationship.
