It depends on you!

- If you feel he is worth it - and you have the money to spare - then go for it - I'm sure he will appreciate it!

If you are a millionaire, however, - then £350 will just be like a bit of pocket money.

If you are on the breadline though - maybe you could suggest getting him a smaller TV or perhaps a different, less expensive present altogether! - DON'T BE HAD BY A LAD!!

Blue_Angel0316 agony auntHe wants it but feels a bit guilty I am sure that you would actually do this for him. I think that umless you are engaged and he is going to give you something really nice and pretty equal in expense it's best to limit the present to something less expensive. You can still buy him something that is nice, that he will appreciate most likely the same. It might make him feel a little bit dissapointed but it will also make him feel ALOT LESS GUILT!

By exhibiting this trait you will be generous just the same without setting yourself up to be USED later in the relationship. This is in case he breaks up with you and you have spent loads buying presents and doing things for him that were costly to you.

Acutally hon a guy likes doing things for the woman in his life. A good guy will honor you for the effort put forth in selecting ANY GIFT you give. Remember that it isn't the GIFT that MATTERS MOST...it's the HEART and THOUGHT BEHIND THE GIFT.

I would say that you can look around at some Pawn shops and resale shops( I USED TO OWN ONE), newspaper ads and etc if your heart is set upon giving him the tv anyway. Sometimes you can find a really nice and still in good shape pretty inexpensive and sometimes they will even outlast a new one. 8-)

God Bless,

Blue_Angel
