I haven't been active, but I'm curious that if I have sex, is my boyfriend able to finish in me, without the chance of getting pregnant. We don't want to use a condom, it's just much better without. But we don't want the risk of having a baby, we're still rather young.

It is fine NOT to use a condom to prevent pregnancy if you're already taking the Pill. But it is NOT okay to skip using a condom if you want to keep yourself from getting HIV or Hepatitis C. The Pill protects against pregnancy, the condom protects you against all the other nasty stuff out there that can cost you your life!

The pill is more effective than a condom. You're good to go without condoms and he can finish inside you. Nothing's 100% but doubling up seems excessive. I've been on the pill for a few years as have pretty much all my friends and none of us use a condom on top of the pill, none of us have even had a pregnancy scare. Don't worry too much. Just remember some anti-biotics and over the counter meds can make it less effective and to use a backup if you have persistant diarrhea or vomiting.

Nothing but abstinence is 100% effective. The pill's pretty good though, IF you take it as directed ALL the time. You have to decide if the slight risk is worth it for you; discuss it with your doctor for more information. I found this information for you:
Taken from the plannedparenthood.org website:
How Effective Are Birth Control Pills? Effectiveness is an important and common concern when choosing a birth control method. Birth control pills are very effective. Combination pills work best when taken every day. Progestin-only pills must be taken at the same time every day. That keeps the correct level of hormone in a woman’s body.
Less than 1 out of 100 women will get pregnant each year if they always take the pill each day as directed.
About 8 out of 100 women will get pregnant each year if they don’t always take the pill each day as directed.
The pill may be slightly less effective for women who are very overweight. Talk with your health care provider if you are concerned about how well the pill may work for you.
Certain medicines and supplements may make the pill less effective. These include
the antibiotic rifampin — other antibiotics do not make the pill less effective
certain medicines that are taken by mouth for yeast infections
certain HIV medicines
certain anti-seizure medicines
St. John's wort
Vomiting and diarrhea may also keep the pill from working. Ask your health care provider for advice. Use a backup method of birth control — like a condom, female condom, diaphragm, sponge, or emergency contraception (morning after pill) — until you find out you don’t need to.
Keep in mind the pill doesn’t protect against sexually transmitted infections. Use a latex or female condom to reduce the risk of infection.

My wife and I used the pill alone for 20 years and had no unplanned pregnancies. A second form of b\c is always a good idea, but for many people the pill alone is OK.

No form of birth control is 100% safe. The pill is somewhere around 99% safe.
And, although it's rare, it is possible to get pregnant while on the pill and using a condom. Technically the only thing that is 100% safe is not to have sex.
As long as you take it on time every day, your chances of getting pregnant are pretty slim.
I started taking the pill April last year but have been on the patch since February this year, and I've been fine so far.

Firstly, there will ALWAYS be a chance that sex, with or without any or every form of contraception, (short of a vasectomy,) could invariably lead to pregnancy. I need to say this so that you are aware that it is never truely safe.
However, with that said, the pill is incredibly effective against becoming pregnant, more so than a condom. Let us be honest, condoms suck...big time. And I understand that you would rather avoid them. I trust you have thought about the risk of STDs etc?
It is reasonably safe to have sex while on the pill without the use of a condom, (that's something your mother will never tell you...actually mine did...). My fiance and I have been having sex for the last two years without using a condom, she is also on the pill. (I know this proves nothing, but just to give this a personal touch.)
Again, I must suggest that you ask your doctor before doing it etc etc and that it is never safe blah blah blah. But from my studies in biology I am pretty sure you are absoutlely fine love, have fun!
All the best
Jack
