Is it safe to ejaculate more than once in a single condom?

I practice safe sex but I am unsure if it is a good idea to ejaculate more than once in a single condom. That would increase the chance of breakage if I were to do that, right? Thank you for your advice.

A reader, anonymous, writes (6 January 2010):

You definitely need to change condoms each time you ejaculate. The lubrication created by the ejaculate between the condom and your unit can case it to slip off and go inside of the girl by your raunchous love making. It is cool, don't worry. Just clean it off with a tissue and reassert the new condom. This goes for females and female condoms. She will most likely even get more turned on that you are able to have multiple orgasms. Drink lots of water and try to break records!

Sincerely,

Someone this has happened to before (No kids though thank god).

rolfen agony auntI used to do that but I noticed that sperm sometimes seemed to leak out. That got me worried.

It happened to me recently, and I'd like to know how likely this is to result in a pregancy, since the leaking sperm seems to stay at that bottom of the condom, yet it is still there.

I think its best to change them.

It is said that sperm can come out before ejaculation (pre-ejaculation fluid), but then i read that apparently the sperm found in pre-ejaculation fluid is that of a previous ejaculation still stuck in the conduct. It was advised to pee after ejaculation, that should clear that and avoid the risk of pregnancy during foreplay, to answer birdynumnus.

Dont you hate condoms :-D

A female reader, birdynumnums Canada +, writes (2 July 2007):

birdynumnums agony auntHi,

Sperm are determined little creatures! Women can become preganant with only the droplets of pre-come during foreplay. Once you ejaculate and become flacid, the sperm can leak around the edges of the condom and escape while you are becoming aroused again. You have an extremely fertile landscape with all of the fluid inside your already excited partner, so it is difficult to rule out that your sperm couldn't find the object of their desire (it's like a highway for sperm to speed through)! If you don't have access to a shower, use a few handi-wipes and re-apply a fresh condom. It may sound unromantic and clinical - but using a pregnancy test is really not fun as an alternative method...

Be safe, why bother worrying? Use another condom!

One orgasm per condom. The space between coming would also break the seal (that's why you can't stay inside your partner and let it go soft, as relaxing as it is) as well as the friction of two rounds wearing it out.
