Wow....just to clear up some of the false info provided by other posters here. I know it is almost 2 years after, but this info is available to the internet still.Golden Showers- urine- is a very hostile enviroment for STDs, there is essentially no risk whatsoever. This is info directly from Edward W Hook, a doctor specializing in STDs. It is echoed by MANY other legitimate Doctors as well.Oral sex is not nearly as risky as unprotected vaginal or anal sex, though there is some risk of STDs like gono and syhillis. Oral is an extremely poor vessel of transmission for HIV. Again, this is info from some of the leading Doctors is HIV and STDs.If you are talking drugged out streetwalkers, they are much more likely to carry diseases. Otherwise, commercial sex workers are usually very clean. They will ALWAYS use protection and get tested frequently. Do not be stupid, ALWAYS protect yourself when it comes to insertive sex. Please educate yourself on websites that have Specialist Doctors frequenting them. Some Doctors names to google and find them are Bob Frascino, HH Handsfield, and Edward Hook.

There are no guarantees with a prostitute that you will not end up with a disease.
You might want to set up your shower to explore this golden shower idea, just close your eyes, and with a gizmo, turn on a stream of water.
Instead of a prostitute, you might consider a blow up doll. Much safer for releasing sexual pressure/tension and avoiding disease, especially Herpes, which stays with you till you die.

Before you make any decisions I would suggest you educate yourself on the risks of this, and also you may want to educate yourself on sexually transmitted diseases and practicing safer sex.

Anytime there are bodily fluids involved, this presents a potential risk of catching an illness from another person. This doesn't necessarily mean a disease. It can mean even something as ordinary as urinary tract infection. In the hospital setting fluids are considered a hazard, and they should be outside that setting as well.

You run no risk of catching any diseases from sex with a healthy person. I am not sure how many prostitutes would be considered free of any diseases; I suppose there are many. That does not mean that the person you would do this with should be free of any diseases.
I wouldn't do it.
Sex brings the possibility of diseases. The same as life. If you want to have sexual intercourse, you accept that you could eventually catch a disease.
