Yes, pimples are surprisingly common. If it doesn't start going away naturally in a couple of days and is really painful go to your doctor as you may need antibiotics. Don't try to squeeze it! This can force any bacteria further in and cause a boil or an abscess which is even more painful.
If you have been sexually active, it's worth having a check-up for STI's but pimples are very common all over the body

pimples can occur almost everywhere on your body. from the unsightly back to the annoying butt. this pimple could also be an ingrown hair that never grew a hair lol

Yes it's possible but you should visit your doctor just in case it is anything else. Are you sexually active? If so, you should definitely ensure that it isn't an STI. If it's bothering - visit your doctor. Full stop.
