 There is nothing wrong with liking someone that is two years younger than you. As far as the cousin's cousin goes... If there is no blood relation to you, I don't see a problem. However, since you are only 14, there is a good chance that she is not going to be your "soul mate", so you should first think about how things will be if you do end up going out with her and things don't work out. Is it going to be uncomfortable being around her at family functions? If I were you I would ask my cousin what they think about you dating their cousin first, just to get a second opinion from someone who knows you both. Good luck!
