That said, your shaking sounds like more than just stress and more like an anxiety attack. This too is not uncommon but they can get bad enough that medication can help. Your anxiety has to pretty severe and sustained/repetitive though to need meds.
It's part of life and so is learning how to deal with it. Someone to talk to, a professional, is the best first option if you think you can't deal with the feelings yourself.

Yes, it happens all the time, I just had a nasty break up and i feel soo sick i dont want to eat at all and it hurts when i breath, no joke. Just relax and try to calm down, your body send physical signs that is not doing well, so try to take care BOTH mentally and physically to deal with this, Good luck...

I am going through something similar. My BF of 8 years and I got into heated argument last Saturday and I still feel sick to my stomach. I don't know where our relationship is going I just know that I do care for him a lot and feel as tho I've lost a part of myself. Hopefully it eases in time. For you as well as for me.

Yes it is quite possible. Your mind goes through alot when you go through a really rough patch. I have gone through some bad relationships and for me I tend lose my appetite. If it doesn't get better in a few days then it would be good to go to a doctor just to be safe. Everyone's body deals with things differently and your mind is able to do things to the body that you would not think is possible. I'm sure you will start to feel better as soon as you work through this issue and know where you stand in the relationship.
