Is it normal to have sex 5 times over 2 days? It feels like we’re making up for the rest of the week. Is that even healthy? Reply to this Question Share |

Bear in mind that we were both in our early 50's and totally in lust with one another at the time. Now you probably won't believe this, but over a period of the ten days that we were initially together, we kept count of the number of orgasms we each had. We were at it like a pair of rabbits and couldn't get enough of each other. I checked in at 142 and she managed 210. We kept a 'scoreboard' in the kitchen and I still look back fondly on this achievement!
I know, that's a bit excessive but neither of us suffered a heart attack and we're both still alive and kicking and still enjoy a healthy sex life 8 years later, although the frequency has now dropped to a couple of times a week which is probably more normal for people our age.
If it feels good, do it. If not, don't. Simple rule! Along with a sensible diet, olive oil and garlic, sex is good for the circulation and the heart. Enjoy it while you can.

Unless you two have health issues there's nothing wrong with having sex that many times in two days :]

wow. Healthy? Sex is always healthy.
I am distressed if I don't have sex twice a day. And I mean every day of the week, forever. And I don't consider myself anything other than happy and alive...
But: I didn't used to be like this. I went through a bad few years where I wasn't in touch as it were with that side of myself - side, hell, it isn't a side: it is the absolute centre of our being, and as such, totally essential. I was actually ill through LACK of sex. As soon as I split up with the bad guy and met someone much younger and more active, shall we say, it just completely changed everything.
So I think the more sex the better. You can't have too much.

Sex and health are basically part of the same world. For some, it's the only exercise they get. (It does burn calories)
If I would have a girl friend only for the week-ends, 5 time wouldn't be enough.
That's just me.
