The lady before me is spot on, him sharing this is the ultimate sign that he loves and trusts you. If he is comfortable enough to share this with you, it's pretty safe to say this was simply acting on curiousity, which is a perfectly normal thing to do, particularly at that age when hormones rule your world.
You are lucky to have someone who can confide such things in you.
Good luck and best wishes x

Most men wont broadcast it, but yes its fairly common for guys to experiment in their teens, dont worry about it, as long as he doesnt show any indication of doing it again you fine. Its a very positive sign of his trust in you that he shared something like this with you. Dont question him, apreciate that he is this honest xxxxx

It was so good and honest of him to tell you about it when it would of been easier to just forget about it. Talk to him and let him know that you love him no matter what he did in the past. But if he does it again in the future then you are off.
take care

I don't know if it's common but it's probably somewhere in the range of somewhat normal. In other words, it happens for some people, some times. It probably doesn't happen that often, but it occurs. Was it once? Was it an experimental thing?
