The sensitive part towards the back of the head feels 10x more sensitive than it should and makes me feel like I must urinate. During urination, it sometimes hurts a little (If I have ejaculated more than twice in a 12-hour period). Sometimes I might have to urinate 3 or 4 times before it stops irritating me. This is really irritating when I am trying to sleep.Is this normal, or should I go to a doctor?

 This could be a symptom to many problems, including water infections, stones and sti's. get down the doc, tell him exactly whats happening and how often (its unlikely he will want you to drop your pants) and he may ask for a urin sample for tests. He will be able to diagnose and treat you promptly.
