Is it bullying/teasing when my friend at school, get's laughed at constantly?

I need some advice. My friend is constantly getting laughed at--at school for no reason. Students just laugh at him.I don't know why? Is this some kind of teasing or bullying? Please respond. Thanks.

Yes this is bullying.My best friend gets severely bullied and even beaten up nd I don't know y so I know how u feel!

bubbloo24 agony auntYes it is bullying. Have you tried talking to your friend about how they feel. If they don't know they are being laughed at, just ask them whether they are ok and how life is going for them, don't mention it because if they haven't noticed it, the likelyhood is that it's not bothering them.
