 Why would you call someone who stood you up. Isn't he the one who is supposed to call and apologize. I think he's your ex for a reason. Don't chase him or you will only be his FOOL.

Think first about why he's your ex. Often they're exs for a good reason so why go back?
If you want to go back and you care for him. Then phone, if only to say that you were disappointed that he never showed up but were worried he'd had an accident. Ensure he's ok and then just say ok then, good-bye. That puts the ball back in his court. If he wants you, let him do the running.
