I tried putting a condom on my penis but it looked quite loose even when it was properly put on. The 'bulb' shape on the condom is longer than the penis head. I haven't had sex if you wonder why i put a condom on - I just tried to masturbate with it for curiousity's sake. When I am in school, we don't need to shower but sometimes you can see someone's penis sticking out of their shorts. I always think that mine is small and wonder and try to peek into people's shorts. Not that I am gay, I just feel very curious.

6 inches is average for an adult male and you're just a kid, don't worry about it! the "bulb shape" is the reservoir tip, it's meant to be longer to catch your semen without popping the condom. And about it being too loose, as you get older your penis will get thicker too.
You're still a growing lad, you've got a good 6 years of developing to do, you shouldn't be worrying about this at all.
