Hi
Different guys prefer differemt things. When i first started having sex. I would probably only moan but never speak dirty. After i got used to my bf i remember hearing him say to me moan for me or he should speak dirty and then i started. It just happens naturally, after you are comfortable with your bf then you would get there too.
Regards, mail me if you wanna talk

A few moans of pleasure when he's hitting the right spot or keeping up the right tempo will be useful to him, otherwise he'll just bang on regardless in complete ignorance of whether he's pleasuring you or not.
When you get to the money shot, an increase in volume will give him the go-ahead to let fly.

It depends on the guy, but personally, and from conversations with friends, it can be a major turn on. However, it's not a major factor of sex, it's just one of those things that you do if BOTH of you enjoy it. If it's not something you're comfortable doing, that will show through and won't have the desired effect (get him more excited).
If it is a big issue, and he is desperate to get you to try it, try a compromise. There might be something he wouldn't usually do, but would drive you crazy, so you could get something out of this too =)
