It could be a simple yeast infection or possibly an STI you should go and talk to your doctor

highly unlikely it is a std/sti it sounds more like a yeast infection. i would go to your gyn to make sure that it is a yeast infection before treating it b/c you dont want to treat something that is not there. is your discharge thicker then usual or do you smell funny down there? those are all signs of a yeast infection so i would see a dr and the med for it is just otc. if you have had sex w/someone that you think could have given you something def go see a dr. for the time being take what is called a sitz bath, fill your tub with enough warm water to wear it only comes up to your hips. sit in it for about ten/fifteen min. once or even twice a day. goodluck i hope it helps.

could possibly be a yeast infection that's very itchy and burns because you itch alot.
but make an appointment with your doctor to be sure and get it checked out.
Hope this helps :)
