 You could do one of two things. Tell him you wish to speak to him alone and kiss him, OR, the very next time you see him, wrap your arms around him and kiss him. Do not mind the energy and do not mind the height. Just kiss him and tell him you love him. Eventually he will grow, you are still at an age where growth is happening all the time. In a year or two he may be significantly taller than you.

Don't be scared... I HIGHLY doubt he will reject you. If this boy is crazy enough to do such a thing, don't stress. It isn't the end of your life. I'm sure you will succeed.
