 Just be honest with her. Tell her that it is emotionally and physically exhausting for you to be her emotional stress toy. Tell her that you are there for her and you are willing to help her but she has to let you know what sort of issue hounds her everyday. If she refuses, I think it best that you stop contacting her for a while. Not necessarily ending the whole relationship, just taking a break so you both have a chance to clear your minds.
