It's most likely your ex's. You'll need a DNA test, and you'll need to tell each guy about this, because if you don't you'll be in even more trouble further on down the line.

 I'm almost 100% sure it's the guy who "ejaculates in you all the time" because that's really the only way you can get pregnant. You can't get pregnant just by touching genitals. You should never have unprotected sex without birth control. That's how you get pregnant. It's not there's a magic switch that can be turned on or off mentally just because you want to get pregnant. You're pretty much fertile all the time, and he's ALWAYS fertile. Next time please use a condom or get the pill.

 It's probably your ex's baby because of the timing and because he ejaculated inside you so many times. But you won't be able to know for sure until the baby is born! Sorry!
