I am having spotting which has gone from light pink to brown off and on for a couple of days. I am also having some minor cramping. You do not think this could be implantation bleeding, do you (meaning pregnancy)?? I have a call in to the doctor. But, anything to ease my mind between now and then would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, the symptoms you are having can be caused by a multitude of things. But, I have gotten pregnant on the pill twice and on the depo shot once, so it's probably not as uncommon as people think! I was religious with the pill too, I took it every night at 10 PM, even taking daylight savings into consideration! But, your chances of becoming pregnant while on the pill do increase if you miss pills and things like that. You did good scheduling a doctor's appointment. Did they recommend you discontinue taking the pill as a precaution?

youve done the right thing in getting a doctors appointment and some of the symptoms could be from stress as ryan has said...mayb it could be from stress that you are pregnant!
if you are up to date on the pill it is very unlikely, not impossible but highly highly unlikely.
try to relax just a bit theres nothing much you can do until ur appointment

Hello,
As long as you've kept up to date with your pill, i.e taken every single one (not missed any), on the correct days etc then the chances are very very very very small as the pill is a hugely popular contraceptive.
Remember the symptoms you are describing can be caused by multiple things include stress if you've been under heavy workload or experiencing family problems for example.
I expect you are worrying over nothing - but still, it has been wise that you have booked a doctors appointment.
Ryan
