Everyday, I do 100 sit ups, squats, leg excersises, tushups, etc. However, I adore chocolate, and because of this, I'm only putting on more weight. Anyone got any tips to curb my chocolate addiction, and lose that last little bit of fat. I'm not fat, just have a thin layer of fat that I would like to get rid of. I put weight on on my hips, bum and thighs, and would like to get rid of this.Anyone got any tips so I can lose the extra fat?If anyone wants measurements, they're 32-27-33. However, my frame is more like 32-25-31.

Here's an idea, just for the chocolate.
What I do when I've got intense chocolate cravings, is I'll buy a little bag of Hersey's Kisses and limit myself to three a day. I'll pop one in my mouth and just let it meeeellltttt.... It does the trick for me!
Or, as the others said - stop buying chocolate all together for a little while!

P.S. It sounds to me like most girls would kill for your figure.

I agree with Shandy pop. You must be having a laugh, whats wrong with your figure and exercise routine. Its sounds to me that you worry to much. We all know chocolate is bad for you, but in moderation its ok to have some. You sound to me like you are making yourself unhappy, and trying to punish yourself with exercise, over eating a bit of chocolate?. Surely there are worse things to worry about, than that?.
You sound obsesive to me, and that can lead to eating disorder's. You need to relax a bit, and enjoy life.
No one think's that its good looking at skinny girls, who just look ill.

Whilst chocolate tastes nice, you should try and see it as being more harmful rather than being pleasurable. Sugar works just like a drug in your body, and that is why you are eating so much of it that you are undoing all your hard work and are putting on fat.
The best thing you can do, in my opinion, if you are addicted to chocolate is to first try and limit yourself, perhaps to weekends, but if you can not do this, to cut it out entirely for at least the time being.
You need to try and reason with your brain that all the time you are working out is being wasted by the few seconds of pleasure you are getting from chewing and tasting chocolate.
What really feels better and for longer - eating down a chocolate bar or finishing on a high after a good miles run?
The other thing you should do is of course increase your work-out. If you can run a mile then you are already relatively fit, but you need to build on this and increase it. e.g. set yourself some goals, two miles within 2 weeks is a good start.
If you can get the excess chocolate out of your diet and build on your workouts you will make astounding progress over the next four months! All the best :)

Personally I think that being happy with what you have would be a good approach. You already said it yourself: you're not chubby. Models are models because they have a genetic make up that combined with training and diets makes them perfect in the eyes of the industry.
That being said, I think the easiest way of quitting chocolate is cleaning out the house of sweets and going cold turkey. Sugar is a little bit like an addiction to people who really like sweet stuff (like me), and if you don't eat anything sweet for around 3 weeks (I really mean nothing sweet, no sugar in the coffee and no cola/fanta/whatever) you will find it easier and easier not to eat any more chocolate. =)

I wish i had measurements like that. but if you want to tone up then why don't you try getting a sit up machine. Try and do about 100 per day. Put some dancy music on and dance solid for half an hour, this really tones up and cheers up too. Don't buy the chocolate! If you have some then limit yourself to one piece per day, a treat after all the exercises.
Take care
