Hi sweetness,
Are you paranoid you're going to "turn into" a lesbian because you work in the sports industry? Doll, I've never heard of a woman who has liked guys all their life get a job and "turn" into a lesbian. Most women who are lesbian's get these feelings and questions earlier in life. And they usually think about women in a sexual way - you say you don't, and never have.
Maybe like Realm said, you'd like to experiment. Experimenting is fine, fun and normal. But sweetness, I wouldn't be paranoid that you'll suddenly get turned into a lesbian. Homosexuality isn't a disease, you can't catch it and it usually doesn't creep up on you out of no where and zap you. Not even in the sports industry!
Good luck, sweetness. You don't have anything to worry about.
Have fun exploring life,

The lesbians I know have fancied women from the earliest ages (pre-puberty). If you haven't, then you're not. Stop worrying.
