This happened to me when I was 15. It was my first time and we didn't use a condom stupidly. He pulled out but it was a little to late. I was in florida on vacation and the florida keys so there was no cvs for the morning after pill. I was due to get my period any day so I wasn't worried. I got my period 5 days late, and those were the longest 5 days of my life, and the reason it was late was because I was stressing. Just try to calm down. Go for a run, and get your mind off of it.

The main reason pregnant women have to pee more is because the baby is pressing on their bladder, so it's probably all in your head as far as peeing goes. Stress can mess up when you get your period so try to calm down a bit, maybe when your period is a week or two late you could take a test.

Wait until a couple of weeks after your period is due. If it hasn't come then by all means do a test. It's so unlikely you're pregnant.
However as you think he might be lying, it sounds like there are some trust issues in this relationship (either that or you're really paranoid!) Maybe you need to review if he is the right guy for you.
If you decide to continue having sex, then as well as using a condom, I would use another type of contraception too.
