It's not like I do it a lot, I don't. And I don't do it too rough either. I'm uncut and am still a virgin, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But I think I remember reading somewhere that it may have something to do with the frenulum, but I don't really know. Does anyone have any ideas?

But I guess when I say my penis gets swollen it isn't the actual penis the actually penis I'm talking about but the skin around it. The skin around it gets all puffy and swollen. Then it subsides after a couple of hours.

You really don't give much meaningful info. Penises are meant to swell - are you describing a lump or soreness? If there is no pain then there is probably nothing wrong but if you are concerned then a doctor is the only person who can help you.

As others have already said, this needs to be run past a doctor. I personally haven’t heard of anyone describing this before but then again it’s a private matter and something people feel embarrassed about so that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. The reality is that you’ll need to be seen by some-one medically qualified to give you advice. If however, you are advised to consider circumcision bear in mind that it’s a routine procedure and there are a great many men who’ve had it and it’s had no effect on their sex lives or ability to enjoy masturbation so if you’re worrying about the possibility of needing it, don’t. Get along to that doctor.
I wish you all the very best.

You could run your symptoms through the symptom checker at webmd.com. This is a medical question and should be answered by a qualified practitioner.

Have you spoken with a doctor about this? A urologist or a general practitioner should be able to diagnose a condition if you do have one.

Hi,
This would be a medical question. My only advice would be to see your medical doctor. (GP) best wishes.
