I did not cop any symptoms either. No mood swings, no cravings, no sore boobs, no nausea, only an 8 kg weight gain (less than 4 pounds) most of which was the baby and fluid ... and I was able to keep working right up until the day before giving birth to a perfectly healthy baby that I got to take home 10 hours later.
If you ever have any reason for concern, see your doctor, and if they say all is well, then rest your head.

In the first 3 months of my pregnancy I suffered from Hyperemesis Gravidarum ( excessive vomiting ) which only affects less than one percent of pregnant women and at the end of the third month I had lost 18 pounds just by being sick.
Would you like that better ?:)
Don't worry- every pregnancy is different and some LUCKY girls barely have any symptoms.

Every pregnancy is different. I have had 3. With my oldest I threw up for 9 months... With my middle one I didn't even know I was pregnant til she started to kick me.. With m third I only threw up in the first trimester.
I never had any weird craving, mood swings. I did however develop a huge aversion to touch raw meat. Ew lol
I would go to your regular OB/GYN/DOC visits and take your prenatal vitamins, drink plenty of water and maybe start some preggo yoga or other gentle exercise :) It is awesome.

I'm sure you're okay. Some women don't have all the symptoms. However, if you are worried at all, don't hesitate to go to the doctor. They can explain it all and give you a check up.
