Not weird or bad. A lot of women don't start until later in life. There are a lot of resources online, sort of how-to guides for self-pleasure. They can be very helpful to a lot of women, especially if they are unsure what does what down there. Just use google to find tips (not the porn) and a bunch of pages will come up.

Personally I don't like the idea of it, other people doing it is fine but it's not my thing. That doesn't make me weird and it doesn't make you weird. I agree with Abella, look it up on google, I'm positive there will be a lot of websites on there that will tell you how to masterbate.

I'm sure that you will get loads of hints and tips on here, but may I just give you my usual advice for novices like you? Visit the website "Clitoral"; it's by women, for women and details ways of bringing yourself off, amongst other useful things.Oh how I wish I were on commission for reccommending this site!Masturbation is perfectly normal, BTW, not weird at all and is a useful release from sexual tension - loads better than getting pregnant.

no it does not make you weird at all. Some girls/women make a choice to never masterbate. Some may only decide to try it when they have an extended enforced separation from their partner. To help them deal with their wish for sexual expression in a way that hurts no one.
Perhaps google 'masturbation techniques' and i am sure you will be overwhelmed with resources to read at your leisure. Only try it if you are alone and will not be disturbed.
But remember 90 percent of the enjoyment of sex is represented by the thoughts in your mind. Your skin is the largest organ in your body. But your brain is by far the most powerful sexual organ you possess.
And rather than concentrating on the mechanics do instead concentrate on the sensual things that will make you feel good.
Never allow a prudish person to claim masturbation is unhealthy. It is normal and men and women have done it with NO side effects for thousands of years.
But it is just as normal to choose to never masterbate. And that's ok too.

Hi there :)I do not feel you are odd for not "knowing" how to masterbate! You are most defiantly normal,.. I am sure there are many young girls and men in your position.Mu husband for example told me that he never explored masterbation until he was 17 because his parents ennsured he think it were dirty!- which of course it is not.It is perfectly healthy and very fun!!If you want to "learn" how to, I would suggest watching porn on the net. There are porn sites which allow you to select catagories of porn, for example. .. threesome, .. gay porn... masterbation. -Click on masterbation. But to be quite honest I feel that may be quite unneccesary..Just exploring may be the better alternative for you.Maybe get hold of a mirror and sit down with you legs spread and position the mirror so you can see your private area.- Then begin exploring :) -Just the tip of one or two fingers to feel around your private area, (there is no correct way to do this.) Just touch yourself until you discover where it feels nice for you,.. then it will become very natural and repectitive from there. By the way onec it starts to feel good.. your are doing it "right" ;-)
