I'm not sure how it works in your state, but in most cases nothing happens unless the parents of the underage person make an official complaint. There are however places where that doesn't matter.
Technically he is in the wrong and yes, he has broken the law, so he can be prosecuted for it.
There are a number of ways to deal with this, but to be honest the best way is to talk to your parents about this, I'm not sure you're old enough to seek independent legal advice.
Remember though, none of this is your fault, he's the adult and he knew exactly what he was doing and the risks involved. He has to take responsibility for his actions. The reason your kind of relationship is illegal is to protect you from this kind of situation, at your age.

 It depends what state you are in.. Most states age of consent is 16 with a 3 year window.. some states even have 18 as age of consent. If you have the baby past 16 it would not matter because he'd have to had sex with you while you were 15.
Also in some situations, it does not matter what your parents think. The state can also deem it illegal without regard to what your parents say.
But well, we are not lawyers, unless someone happens to be one here so we cannot give you an accurate answer. Only way to know for sure is if he went to go see a lawyer..

I'm not sure what the laws of your state are but here in England the age of consent is 16. In which case a 20 year old could find himself in big trouble for getting someone of 15 pregnant.
I think what happens next will depend largely on the way your parents react to this news.

At this point in the judicial system, the prosecution lays in the time of the 'crime' that took place and not whether you will have a child at age 16 or not. That part of the events is irrelevant to the 'crime'.
