Was this ultrasound taken by a trained professional? They are tricky to read accurately if you have not had specialist training? Did they look for ectopic pregnancy as well? I think you should visit a doctor if you are experiencing pain but still not having your period.

izabella637 is verified as being by the original poster of the questioni got a ultrasound cuz i work at an ultrasound place...i see a reflexalagist once a week and he works on my period and after seeing him i usually get my period and i got it last month but so far i havent gotten it this month and the last time i had sex was 3 months ago...so if it shows nothing in my uterus den im not pregnant right

I'm with Gina on this one - how on earth can you do an ultrasound on yourself?
You must have been to the doctor's if you have had an ultrasound and if they have told you that you are not pregnant then you should feel fairly convinced that they are telling you the truth - doctors are normally right!
If you have had a medical examination but you are still worried then go back to your doctors and explain your symptoms, they should be able to help you more than we can on here!
