 I think women's orgasms are mental. I know I have to feel a certain way in order to cum during sex be it g-spot or clitoral or "other".
I've had an orgasm off of kissing and it was mainly because of how deeply i felt for the person and how happy he made me... and it made me cum.
Don't try to understand women... we're so complicated.

 Anyone who claims that "women get orgasms from clitoral and g-spot stimulation ONLY" is wrong. Certainly, those considerations are apt to please a majority of women if they can find the right man to do it, and perhaps much more intently satisfying, but everyone is their own person - and other activities can also bring orgasm. Some women claim that just a good nipple squeeze and nibble can bring-on a climax, but I'm a man and would not personally know about that. Anyway, degreed intensity is subjective.

 Exactly what Miamine said. Different women experience orgasm differently and through differing means. This can include everything from kissing to light petting to bondage to submission and even experiencing pain.
