If I understand your followup correctly you are trying to get pregnant?
It takes a healthy couple on average half a year to conceive. Although pre-cum can contain sperm I wouldn't rely on it (pre-cum's role is to clear the penis of urine because that kills sperm).
If you want to get pregnant, the guy has to come inside, preferabbly in a position where the sperm doesn't leak out. Missionary or doggy style are typical positons considered good for conceiving.
If you spend a year trying, with full ejaculation inside and allowing time for the sperm to work its way in (don't stand up immidiatly) and are otherwise healthy then it might be time to seek medical aid to find out if anything is wrong.
But four months with him pulling out and ejaculating outside I wouldn't be suprised if you didn't conceive. Just because pulling out is a lousy firm of birth control doesn't mean you will get pregnant when doing it.
Now what I wonder is why he pulls out? Obsessed with porn or doesn't he want a child?

If you haven't gotten your period within the past 4 months, then it may be likely so. I would get yourself a pregnancy test to test if you are. Also, If I were you, next time, use protection like a condom. With that, I would go to the doctor and get checked.

Precums can contain 300,000 sperms and you only need one sperm to fertilize the egg..
A normal ejaculation can consist of 200 to 300 million sperms.
If any sperm is deposited on your vulva or outside or near
your vagina, you can still get pregnant because , those sperms
are good swimmers like torpedoes.
That is your risk if you use the pull out method.

You should be wise enough at your age to know the consequences. Even though he hasn't ejaculated you still run the risk of falling pregnant since, sperm can still leak through.
What do you mean 4 months of nothing? Have you had a missed period? Taken a hpt?

A
reader, anonymous, writes (7 April 2008): I read this the same as BigSiS. Surely he is pulling out to avoid pregnancy, so why would it be a worry that you are not pregnant? Are you secretly hoping to fall pregnant? If you are trying to get pregnant then tell him not to pull out. If you are then I suggest you continue that method or find a less worrying, more practical option, like a condom? Very confusing.

If you haven't gotten your regular period in the last four months then is is very possible that you are pregnant and you herd right there is a high risk of getting pregnant cus even though he pulls out he did probbable pull out before the pre ejaculation that happens shortly just before he actually gets off. If I were you I would go see my doctor and get a pregnancy test done.

The pull out method is not 100% safe and there is a risk of pregnancy.
If you did not get pregnant, it could be possible , you are
unlucky or lucky depending on whether you wanted to be pregnant or not.
Not being pregnant could also be due to other factors.
You would need to go to the doctor to check who is at fault.

I'm a little confused here. You have unprotected sex, and your boyfriend pulls out because..I take it..you don't want to get pregnant, right?
So then why are you assuming something could be wrong? If you're not pregnant, then that's good, yeah? Or have I misunderstood the question?
