Your "bullet" can be held back for shallow penetrations and the "precious" cherry won't get popped but if you get carried away you may want to just plunge it in all the way. why not just get a smaller vibrator?

lil-laura is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI know all about that the only thing I didn't understand was I thought when you're hymen broke I thought that ment you lost you're virginity so hence why I asked. I'd rather ask these questions then be left guessing. If you're so concerned instead of just being arsey on my question all you had too do was say it wouldn't have killed you,

I am a self employed therapist who is helping people to get in touch with reality between clients.
You are 20 years old, I am 21 and I've known what losing virginity has meant for the last 10 years. I am very concerned when I see these type of questions coming up regulary on here. You need to educate yourself about sex, if you dont know how to answer this question yourself, and at your age it shows that you have not been properly educated.
The kind of people who ask these questions also think that you can't get pregnant the first time having sex, condoms protect you against anything and everything, men who you have sex with love you and being on the pill can stop STD's because my boyfriend said so.
Unwanted pregnancy and STD rates are extremely high in the UK. I realise that you are a virgin still and proberly arnt about to jump into bed with a random bloke, but before you become sexually active, you need to do some proper research so you dont end up in trouble like many girls our age do.

Seriously, get educated..
Penis in vagina = loss of virginity

First things first - you dont have a 'cherry', there is nothing to 'pop'!
You have a hymen, which is a membrane just inside the entrance to your vagina - this can be broken as early as in childhood, through sports like gymnastics or horse riding etc. It will often break without you even noticing - if you have ever used tampons chances are then you have already broken your hymen without even knowing it.
Using a sex toy is not the same as having sex, therefore you cannot lose your virginity to a sex toy. The generally accepted definition of losing your virginity is to have a penis inside your vagina, but there are grey areas around lesbian sex, anal sex...etc. It is often personal choice as to what you feel losing your virginity is, but in general it is having a penis inside your vagina during sexual intercourse.
Dont worry about silly things like 'cherries popping' etc, you have not lost your virginity until you have had sex, regardless of whether you have your hymen intact or not.
I hope this helps and good luck!

Don't worry, tearing your hymen does not equal loss of virginity. Technical loss of virginity is penis in vagina, but some may consider being intimate with someone (girl on girl) as a loss of virginity as well. It really depends on the context.
