Age wise i don't think that is an issue depending on laws in your country... As for having a baby and staying with his family why would you want to do that? I have been with my OH for 7years [large age gap also] and we are only just thinking about starting a family now. Go out have fun, get a job, live life together as a couple and even move in together if its what you want and then if things are still good after at least 1-2years and you think you want a child then fine. Think about it. Its not a thing you should rush into

So you were like 14 and having sex with a then, 23 yro? I would think this is dependent upon your country's laws. In the USA, that's statutory rape! And yes, he'd get into lots of trouble if you were my daughter! But I don't know the laws in your country. Why are you worried about him? You should worry about becoming a mother at the age of 16, first! What sort of man are you dating, sweetie? 16 vs. 25? He's a predator in my book!

What's the age you're legally allowed to have sex in your country? If you're not legally allowed to have sex yet, then yes, he can get in trouble. If you're of legal age then no. Not with the law anyway. What do your/ his family and friends think of your relationship? If there is anyone you know who does not agree with your relationship then yeah there could be problems.

Theoretically you can get in trouble because if i remember correctly if you're under 18 and there is more than a two year age gao any PUBLIC displays of affection can (theoretically) get you in trouble with the law. As there is a law against this, here in SA.
BUT... if you are older than 16 - you have the right to consent to sex and won't get in trouble :)
So no worries :)

Depends on where you are from. I am from Oklahoma, I became pregnant when I was 16 from a guy that was 23. He left me the day I found out I was pregnant and my mom was upset about it so she contacted the police and they told her that because I was 16 at the time there was nothing they could do about it because I was legal concent age.

In my state, you would. Even if the parents don't press charges it's still illegal to have sex with a minor under consent age.
