writes:hey all, its my mates 21st birthday this weekend... due to family issues and commitments i cannot make her night out, but i was hoping to go round hers or something during the day tie and do something fun... this can include drinkin but not just a drunken session because it will be during the day.. iw as just looking for ideas about what can dp during the day.. something small but fun?

 You can go to lunch, take her shopping, play miniature golf, ride bikes and have a picnic, take her to a matinee, etc...

 Oooh, okay this involves drinking, but not heavy drinking at all. Wine tour!! They are cheap and so much fun! You can get dressed up and $1-2 dollars per person gets you all the samples of the wineries wares. Then visit all the nearby wineries and once the birthday girl picks a favorite, buy her the bottle.
Or, you could go get pedicures or massages like Emilyanswers suggested. Who doesn't like a day of pampering??

i dont know if this would work for woman, but we through my friends 21st b-day and we rented a hummer strech limo for him from 8pm to 2am and went bar hoppin all night and had cigars from inbetween each bar. he got into a fight and backed out but he said it was the best birthday he could have asked for. hope this gave you any ideas.
