I am looking to spend around $300.Do you think a really expensive floral arrangement? Or something that will last?We have only met once so it can't be sentimental at all. Any advice much appreciated. Oh, she is a 32 year old female, as am I. Reply to this Question Share |

Mont Blanc is the pen I would like to be given. I forget how much they are but I am sure an entry level wouldnt be too much more than that.
If she isnt professional then it really wouldnt be appropriate.
Really hard to tell without knowing the industry. Flowers are pointless. Nice bottle of wine would always go down well.

Don't waste all that money on a flower arrangement; instead give her something that will last and will always remind her of you and your warm gesture.
How about something like crystal? I think crystal artifacts are absolutely beautiful and classy, she can decorate it in her house and it could be a beautiful showpiece. Or a jewellery box or a watch or a wine basket? An expensive perfume?
$300 is a lot of money...you can mix and match and put together some really nice things.

Something for them to look at and enjoy or maybe a charity or neighbourhood scheme that your friend holds to heart.
Although sentiment is unrequired here, I don't see the point in an empty gift such as expensive floral display that will last a few days.
Does she like children? is their a hospice or hospital that she would like flowers to cheer up people?
This type of gift she would know you are putting effort into and saying a big thankyou.

Jewlry is OUT(way too personal) Is your business a stock owned corp? maybe a share or two? An office plant(palm tree) is an expensive treat assuming she works in an office. I don't know what i-pads cost but everyone seems to want one.If nothing else, how about a singing telegram? I know they're old fashioned but they're always a hoot. Good Luck you're lucky to know someone that would do a great thing like that.
