 HeyListen to what the others have said but dont forget hygiene and a good clean appereance are a must to avoid turning a guy off. Try and at least take an interest in a few of his hobbies. Be brave and stand up for who you are, and what you believe in, this will get you the respect and recognization of someone but it may not be this guy you want.Good luck =]

 Irish really summed it up! If you find it hard starting a conversation try and break the ice with a joke, maybe at your own expense (in a lighthearted way) as people who can laugh at themselves can appear much more grounded, fun loving and humorous than those than can't. Good luck! :)

 Well the best way to make him notice you is too TALK TOO HIM. When you do flirt with him. Eye contact, touch, laugh etc.
