i feel so horrible about myself. please help.

i want to loose weight, but not my boobs...

im 10 stone roughly (137-142 lbs), im 5'3, and im a 34 e.. but im only 16.. i like being busty but i keep noticing that the rest of me is disgusting. i have a horrid double chin, like i cant look down without LOADS of fat just appearing from my neck.. how do i loose this double chin? just by loosing weight? i have a pretty big nose too, i mean i wouldnt mind the chin so much if it wasnt for my nose...

can anyone tell me how to loose this weight fast because i often give up on these things quickly when i dont see fast enough results. and mainly lose weight from my chin and stomach withou shrinking my boobs too much.....? thank you.x

Do a lot of cardio, but actually strength training helps more than a lot of people give credit for. If you can build some muscle underneath there, it will take more calories just for the body to maintain the musle even if you aren't moving them at the time. So focus on the cardio and the dieting, try eating mainly fresh fruit and vegetables and then meat or eggs. Then supplement with some basic strength exercises (don't focus on them, you're not trying to be a bodybuilder or powerlifter). It is inevitable that your breasts will get smaller, but you'll probably be better proportioned.

Some also think that if you sort of "bodybuild" the chest muscles underneath, it will make the breasts over the muscle look bigger, as the boobs will not lose weight from this, and be pushed out from the muscle underneath. But I don't know anyone who has ever tried it, so ask a professional about this first.

jm81690 agony auntCardio workout and dieting works the best.

My weight bounces back and forth alot so I can see where you're coming from. IE, in the Winter I was fat, now I'm pretty slender... That cycle tends to repeat alot.

Anyways, Runing+dieting works the best.

good luck
