 Looks like you need to work on your conversational skills. Try googling it and see if there are some sites that will help you improve your ability. Why don't you join some clubs at school? Do some volunteer work this summer. Those are great places to meet young ladies. Get involved.

 well theres part of your problem, you sound like you only want a girl for sex. there is a lot more to life then sex my friend. and i dont think you should ever have sex with someone that your not in love with, especally when its your first time. what you need is a relationship, which will be easier to get without sex on your mind, so porn will have to do for now. now when talking to a girl you need to be confident, believe in the words your saying. and try not to stutter. you could practice talking in front of a mirrior. look for a girl that you have things in common with and go from there, the dateing process can take a while so you need to just be ok with being a virgin for awhile.

 If you find it hard to talk to a girl then how are you going to find it having sex with her?
Find yourself a nice girl who you can feel relaxed around but take it slow, you may think you're ready but when it comes down to it.....you're probably not.
Try to be more confident around girls before rushing into anything
