If your age range is right, leave. No man in his thirties should be spending all his time on video games and neglecting his girlfriend.

Just leave, tell him that he's not paying any attention to you and walk out. If you two live together then you either need to leave or kick him out. If he was going to be someone you could be happy with then he'd pay more attention to you.
If you are going to need the extra money I recommend that you save up secretly then just get out as soon as you can.
