I'm currently on birth control. Its my second month taking it, and now im starting to spot. I know its normal but I really was looking forward to seeing my boo today and having both oral sex and penetration. I know it may sound nasty, but I just want to know could I still have sex today?? If so, how would that work? And how do I talk to him about it?

ricco agony auntMe personally wouldn't mind about spotting u really wanted sex while u were on ur period then I would casually bring it up to him. Ask him under what circumstances would he not have sex with u,then hit that ur at the end of ur period.

It also depends on what kind of sex is it oral,or intercourse.

Some guys like my self would not mind doing either as long as it what please her.

But that u still have to have the courage to tell him what ur sexual wants are.

Other guys might say I'm going to far by having intercourse or even oral sex while my partner is on her period.

I thinks its because its the forbidden topic cus its blood and its dirty.

I got tricked into doing it but I was also adventurous and wanted to try new things.

If u want it just ask. I'm still working on my oral sex techniques but can't master it until

I know what my partner wants.

I spotted tons on Tri Sprintec, give it a couple of months, if it keeps happening ask your doctor to put you on something else.

I would just tell him about it, so he won't be surprised, its happened to me before, and he was okay with it, I felt bad about it too. I agree with washing up a bit, what BC are you taking, I took Tri Sprintec and would spot constantly. Finally, I started Yaz and had no problems yet. You'll be fine, because if he loves you, he will understand.

softtouchmale2003 agony auntIf he really loves you, the spotting and any other menstrual issues usually get worked around. Some men don't care about that, they just want their woman to be happy. Therefore, they'll do whatever it takes to give pleasure.

Other men are a bit squeamish about it. To me it was never an issue. If I love the woman I'm with, that kind of thing isn't going to scare me away.

I think the best thing you can do is a little wash up down there, just so its fresh and clean, and if he's open enough about it, he won't mind.

The fact is the part he's going to be working on is a bit north of the part that's spotting. So it shouldn't be a problem.
