What losing weight comes down to is: eat better, exercise more. What you need to be doing is burning more calories - just sit ups and push ups usually aren't enough. So like Ravenxx91 suggested, riding your bike, swimming, going for walks (and I too, love mall walking. You walk so much and don't even realize! Just keep your pace up), and pair that with eating less junk, excessive carbs, and replace what you drink with water (ditch the soda, juice... if you want the vitamins from juice, eat some fruit!).
No miracles can happen, but you can lose a couple of pounds by camp and you can feel a lot better and healthier. Good luck!

Try swimming, it not impactive and exercises all of your muscles and burnts calories easily! Or walk or cycler to school. Shopping in a large mall is good as well. You dont realise it but I did and from shopping for about 3 hours it turned out I'd walked 6 miles and my legs werent hurting or aching because i didnt notice! x
