I have it trimmed as it is now, but was thinking of maybe getting it done in to a teardrop shape or a "landing strip". Is this something I can do at home or do I have to go to a special salon for this?

Hey sweetness,
I would go to a salon, because as the other Aunts have said, it will look better and feel better. Plus, you can see what they're doing and maybe after you've observed for a little while, then you can try "pubic design" on your own.
A teardrop sounds totally adorable! I've never though of that before.
Good luck (and as little pain as possible), sweetness!

As for what Minelisse said- you can actually get these tiny bikini razors from tescos! The are in little multipacks. However, I have only used these to shave the bikini line and I got a pretty bad rash (which can be helped by cream but isn't very attractive), I think to do what you want to do such as a 'landing strip' you are probably better off with waxing as you want to get rid of more hair and it needs to look smooth. I really think it would be worth your while to invest in getting it done at a salon, although it costs the end effect will be better and the process of actually doing it will probably go better, there is less risk of you hurting yourself or making a mistake! Good luck! xx

You could go to a salon but you can get special razors for this. They are tiny bikini line razors that can help you make the shapes you want.
Good luck and use protection!
