Okay, well last night we sorta had a sleep over with my cousin (who did not drink), we stayed up all night... drinking but not that much, he hid his face from my cousin and said "i love u" and he kept winking at me and everytime i whiped him with the bendy stick he would do a sexy growl, he does this most of the time even when i dont do anything, somtimes he plays with my hair and then we would play wrestle, i really do like this lad so im gonna start flirting abit more and then ask him how he feels about me, hopefully i dont clam up when i do...

I don't think you're at the point yet where you should ask him out. Maybe take a little more time in flirting with him, being more suggestive about how you feel about him, like dropping some pretty big hints and seeing how he reacts. If he reacts positively and his emotions seem to be pretty strong for you, then maybe ask him how he feels about you and go from there.
